How To Go From Stressed To Blessed

Just yesterday I went to the local running story #BoulderRunningCompany to see if my running shoes needed replacement.

I was shocked when the salesperson said it had been 2 days and 1 year since I replaced my shoes. They still felt great, but the tread was wearing thin and the cushioning was shot!

Once I tried on the new shoes, I was shocked at how much shock absorption a new pair of Hoka’s has!

Now what does this have to do with Love and being stressed?

Ladies, you have to look at your “tread” and see where YOU have been in this past year.

What accomplishments did you overcome? Where were you blessed? What challenges did you overcome?

The fear and anxiety about your love life in the future is based on how you are viewing the PAST.

#BorrowYourBlessings Right now, take out a piece of paper and look where your life has been in this past year and write these things down. What could you be proud of? Grateful for? Where have you made an impact in other’s lives.

When we can focus on our blessings, we can “borrow” them to feel good now and to bring light to our present and future lives.
