For me it looks like you are experiencing nervepain. When had my first (and only) outbreak i January I had nervepain on the lefs side of my bum and in my left leg. Only had a small lesion on the outside if my inner labia on the right side.

I now take supplements of vitamine C and D and Lysine daily and keep a supply of antivirals just on case of another outbreak.

It will be all right. Promise ❤️

    Hi there ❤️
My best advice is to take Lysine and vitamine C and D on a daily basis. Had my first and only outbreak in January this year, but nothing since.

Are the sores inside or on the outside? If outside try e.g. Prolips or something else normally used for HSV on the mouth. And LOTS of vitamins and Lysine. Have you started Valtrex?

I was recently diagnosed due to a typical firts outbreak, fever, extreme nervepain and tiny, typical blisters on my labia. Blisters/sore(s) disappeared once starting Valtrex. I can also ters or kind of cuts down there, but as the skin is so fragile down there I do not suspect these being herpes due to the typical blisters i got during firts outbreak. I have notice that these tears/cuts are less frequent after I started using a special oil and off course no soap when showering. I do not take antivirals, bur Lysine and vit C&D daily.

You cannot infect yourself in other areas after your intial outbreak. Just relax and breath and enjoy sex without protection when you are not breaking out.

    Dear both <3
First off all, this is not the end of the world, it was a shock to me when diagnosed in January, but now I am feeling totally normal again.

Second, there are so many out there carrying the Herpes Simplex virus, because this is what it is. Herpes Simplex. And they dont know. I got it from a new boyfriend that did not show any typical symptoms, at least what he told me, but I am convinced it was transmitted orally as I only got a few blister outside inner labia.

Anyway, depending on how you are breaking out, it can transmit via sex during an outbreak. My doctor told me that the chance of transmission (shedding) is almost ZERO when I am not breaking out.

It will only transmit skin to skin, so you should not worry about transmission to other than sexual partners, but make sure to obtain normal hygiene and always have a Valtrex in hand in case of new outbreaks. So far I have only had the one. XO

When I had my intial outbreak I had a kind of in my bladder, weird pressure (difficult to explain) when urinating. I only had a few blister on the outside of inner labia and thus think the pain was kind of nerve pain. XO

Dont worry dear you. I also experienced aching/pain in my buttocks and down my left leg during my first outbreak and it took almos 4 weeks before the pain disappeared. My best advice is to try to relax, take Valtrex during your outbreak as advised by your doctor and start taking Lysine and vit C and D. XO

    Hi,
I developed symptoms a few days after what must have been first exposure to the virus. Fever and flulike symptoms. Then tiny blisters on the outside inner labia. Got a swab test which confirmed diagnose. I also had terrible nervepain in my left leg, but blister and lesions was actually not very painful and I only had a few outside my labia. My Doctor told me gjat I was most likely recently infected.
