If you have oral hsv I wouldn’t share drinks with your little one. Even when you don’t have a visible sore you can still be shedding the virus. I have genital hsv 1 and a little one at home. I just make sure to always wash my hands after using the rest room. Don’t share towels or bath scrungies. No bathing together. I know it’s stressful Mama, but you got this.
I agree with Kee. I would not disclose until knowing the person awhile. Also giving them a chance to get to know you. That way they can see how wonderful you are and hopefully not just see you as someone with hsv. I also think the online dating sounds like a good idea. Even if nothing comes from those dates at least it will help build up your confidence. Keep your head up girl. You got this
