Hi, I’ve had this since 2018. Frankly, I am doing well and have lived a good life so far. I’ve been married since 2009 to a man who doesn’t have it. I’ve never passed it to anyone. Honestly, my list of sexual partners is rather short. Herpes definitely kept me from engaging in casual sex. I have a solid marriage and feel good about myself despite having to deal with outbreaks. I have no children. Only my husband, my physicians and former boyfriends know about my diagnosis. I am happy to have this website to share with other women.

Thanks for sharing this, it’s refreshing to see that you live a normal life. Just curious how have you not passed it to your husband?

It’s a med a naturopathic doctor prepared for me then. He said the meds will just put the virus in a dormant state where I wouldn’t have cold sores or outbreaks and I won’t be able to pass it to anyone and I am glad its working all these years. I also have a 4years old daughter who is also free from it. I guess I am lucky.
